Walking topless in NYC

We believe there’s is no reason why a man can walk around topless while a women can’t. We may not be used to seeing it, and she has some guts to stroll about like that, but it’s perfectly legal–and natural.

The only unfortunate thing about this is, that if it became a general thing, twisted people are going to take it as an invite to sexually harass/assault.
